About us
A local refrigerator repair and cleaning team from Uttara, built on punctual visits, honest advice and work that lasts.
Who we are
Direct-cool, frost-free, inverter, side-by-side and commercial units.
Our story
Chill Repair Pro began with a simple frustration shared by many families in north Dhaka: when the fridge broke down, it could take days to find a technician who would turn up on time, diagnose the problem properly and charge a fair price. Too often the “fix” was a quick gas top-up that failed again a month later.
We set out to do it differently. Our team focuses on refrigerators and freezers — not every appliance under the sun — so we know the common faults of the brands sold in Bangladesh inside out. We carry vacuum pumps, leak detectors, digital gauges and the most-needed spare parts in our service kits, which means most jobs are finished in one visit.
Today we look after home refrigerators, shop display coolers, restaurant chillers and small cold rooms from our base at Road No. 20/C, Uttara Sector-6. The principle hasn’t changed: find the real cause, explain it clearly, agree the price and do the work properly.
We would rather lose a job by being honest than win one by guessing.
Our team’s working rule
What we stand for
We give a realistic time window and call ahead if traffic on Airport Road has other ideas.
We test before we touch. No part is replaced until we know it is actually faulty.
The price is agreed before the work begins, and written on your invoice afterwards.
Refrigerant is recovered rather than vented, and old parts are disposed of responsibly.
Shoe covers, drop sheets and a clean workspace when we leave. Always.
We explain what went wrong and how to prevent it, without technical jargon.
Service areas
Our technicians are based in Uttara, so we can reach most of the northern part of the city quickly. For areas further away we group visits by route to keep waiting times short.
Tell us the brand, the model if you have it and what the fridge is doing. We’ll give you an honest first opinion on the phone and a confirmed visit time in Uttara and nearby areas.
