These Terms and Conditions govern your use of chillrepairpro.com and all services provided by Chill Repair Pro, including refrigerator and freezer repair, gas refilling, deep cleaning, commercial refrigeration service and maintenance plans in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By booking a service or using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide on-site diagnosis, repair, cleaning and maintenance of domestic and light commercial refrigeration equipment. Service availability depends on your location, technician availability and access to the appliance. Descriptions and prices on this website are for general guidance and may change without notice.

2. Bookings and appointments

• Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or our website form.
• We will confirm a time window for the visit. Time windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or earlier jobs; we will call you if we expect to be late.
• Please ensure an adult (18+) is present during the visit and that the technician has safe, clear access to the appliance and a working power socket.
• For your safety, please keep children and pets away from the work area.

3. Diagnosis, quotes and approval

A diagnosis or visit charge applies to every call-out. After testing, the technician will explain the fault and give you a quote. No repair work will begin without your approval. If you approve the repair, the diagnosis charge is adjusted in the final bill unless otherwise stated. If you decline, only the diagnosis charge is payable.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Prices shown on our website are starting prices and the final price depends on the model, part and condition.
• Payment is due on completion of the work, by cash, bKash or Nagad, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing (for example, for business accounts).
• Additional work discovered during a repair will be quoted separately and requires your approval.
• Travel charges may apply for locations outside our regular service area.

5. Parts

We use genuine or good-quality compatible parts. Where a specific part must be ordered, we will tell you the expected time and may request an advance payment. Replaced parts are shown to you and, unless you ask to keep them, are disposed of responsibly. Ownership of new parts passes to you when payment is received in full.

6. Warranty

Repairs carry a service warranty covering the parts we supplied and the workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. The warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated faults.
• Damage caused by voltage fluctuation, power surges, lightning, fire, water or pest infestation.
• Physical damage, misuse, or tampering and repairs by any other person after our visit.
• Consumables such as bulbs, and cosmetic damage.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your invoice number. We will inspect the appliance and, if the claim is valid, repair it at no additional labour or parts cost.

7. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the appliance and the problem.
• Remove food and personal items from the refrigerator where requested, particularly for cleaning and gas work.
• Use a suitable voltage stabiliser or protector where recommended, and follow any care advice provided.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to carry out work safely and professionally. However, to the extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, we are not liable for spoiled food, loss of business, indirect or consequential losses arising from appliance breakdowns, delays or repairs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

9. Website use

The content of this website, including text, design and branding, belongs to Chill Repair Pro or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access or submit false bookings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly and informally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
